Thanksgiving Camp for Children with Working Single Parents

ASSISTANCE FOR SINGLE PARENTS (AFSP) is a brand new organization dedicated to assisting and empowering working single parent families in St. Charles Parish with support, services & fellowship.
 
 
 
FOR:         Children ages 4 - 12  (of single parents only)
 
WHEN:    Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the week of Thanksgiving   (Nov. 24 – Nov. 26)
 
TIME:       7:30AM - 5:30PM  (before and after care available)
 
WHERE:     St. Charles United Methodist Church  - in Destrehan
 
COST PER CHILD:    $50 (for all three days; discounts for multiple children)

We will provide a safe and fun camp experience that will far surpass usual “childcare.”
Many activities will incorporate fun with a life lesson teaching leadership, social challenges,
self-esteem, empowerment, healthy choices, compassion, empathy, etc.
