A. Information you provide to us

We may collect information you submit through forms, registrations, applications, donations, or account features, such as:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Business information: organization name, title, industry, business address, website, and related professional details

B. Information collected automatically (cookies and similar technologies)

When you visit our sites, our service providers, and we may collect certain information automatically, including:

  • IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system
  • Pages viewed, clicks, time spent, referring/exit pages
  • Approximate location (derived from IP address)
  • Cookie and tracking information (subject to your cookie choices)

3) How we use information

We use information for purposes such as:

  • Operating, maintaining, and improving our websites and services
  • Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
  • Managing membership (including renewals, billing, and member services)
  • Processing event registrations and communicating about events
  • Processing donations and payments
  • Sending newsletters, updates, and Chamber/Foundation communications (you can opt out of marketing emails)
  • Publishing and maintaining member directory listings (as described below)
  • Website security, fraud prevention, and system integrity
  • Analytics and reporting (including understanding site usage and engagement)
  • Advertising and marketing measurement (including pixels, as described below)

4) Member Center accounts and security

Active Chamber members in good standing may create an account for the Chamber's Member Center (also referred to as the “Info Hub” by GrowthZone) at:

The Member Center is a secure website and requires a complex password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5) Public member directory and member-provided content

A. Organization listings

Our public member directory displays listings for active members in good standing. A standard basic listing may include organization-level information such as:

  • Organization name
  • Physical address (city/state/postal code)
  • Main phone number
  • Website and social media links
  • Business hours, map/directions
  • Bio/description, search description
  • Public web content published by the business (where applicable)

Email privacy: The public directory may allow the public to contact a business if a work email is available, but the email address itself is not displayed publicly. Instead, the directory uses a webform to send a message to the business.

B. Enhanced directory options

Members may upgrade their directory listing to include additional features (for example: photo gallery, logo, videos via YouTube/Vimeo URLs, product/service pages, and other business contact numbers).

C. Representative/individual information (opt-in)

Members may opt in to display a representative of the organization. If enabled, this may include:

First name, last name, suffix
Title and primary organization
Main phone/work phone
Work email (used for contact; not necessarily displayed as a raw email address)
Headshot photo (if provided by the representative or added through their Member Center profile)

Important: Publishing a directory listing constitutes public disclosure. If members choose to publish additional content or representative information, it may be visible to the public and indexed by search engines, depending on settings and circumstances.

6) Payments and donations

We use GrowthZonePay to process ACH and credit card payments. Payment information is handled through our payment processor and related service providers. For security reasons, we do not intend to store full credit card numbers on our servers (payment processing is typically handled by the processor and its systems).

7) Email communications and marketing choices

We use GrowthZone email marketing and Constant Contact for communications.

  • Marketing emails: You can opt out of marketing emails by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email or contacting us
  • Transactional messages: Certain emails may be operational (e.g., receipts, event confirmations, membership notices) and are not marketing messages.

8) Cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels

A. Cookie banner and preferences

We use a cookie consent banner/tool to help manage cookie preferences. Your choices may affect which cookies and tracking technologies are used.

B. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our sites (e.g., pages visited, time spent, interactions). GrowthZone may also collect certain engagement/usage data related to directory activity and member interactions.

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
